Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Athmika Apparel, we value your trust and strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. All our products are carefully quality-checked, packed, and shipped by trained professionals to maintain high standards.

1. Order Cancellation

  • For online paid orders, cancellation or changes must be requested within 3 hours of placing the order.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation is allowed within 24 hours or during the verification call.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

We request customers to carefully review product details, size, and address before placing the order.

2. Return Policy

We follow a No Return Policy in general due to hygiene and quality control standards.

Returns are ONLY accepted in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged product received

Conditions for return approval:

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory
  • The video must show:
    • Sealed package before opening
    • Product inside
    • Visible issue (damage/wrong item)
  • Order ID must be mentioned

👉 Without an unboxing video, returns will not be accepted.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged product
  • Size misfit

Conditions:

  • Unboxing video is mandatory
  • Product must be unused and in original condition

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in approved cases.

If return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed after product is received and inspected
  • Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount

Refund Timeline:

  • Processed within 7–15 business days to original payment method

Note:

  • Refund is provided only if replacement is not available

5. Important Notes

  • Products once used, washed, or damaged by customer are not eligible
  • Slight color variations due to lighting/screen are not considered defects
  • Final decision on returns, exchanges, and refunds will be taken by Athmika Apparel
